I hate to exercise. I mean I HATE to exercise! With a passion, the idea makes my skin crawl. It’s the effort and being lazy...I know why I hate it BUT I love how productive and healthy I feel afterwards. It’s like this ironic situation. I hate to do it but I feel so good afterwards!
One thing I have learned about myself is that changing my perspective can sometimes turn things I hate into something I will tolerate...for example I hate to clean however I love gadgets so I got a really cool floor vac mop that I love using so it makes cleaning a bit more palatable. So I decided to change my mind frame on the exercise—toward the runway!
